HYGIENESTORE has international warehouses based in Asia,America,Europe and the Middle East.Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible.Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible,although the majority of stock is located in China so you may receive different packages for the same order. Customers will receive orders via our courier partners and NOT need to deal with any custom affairs.Please also be aware that next day delivery is NOT currently available for UK customers.
3. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
4. Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
We only accept returns postmarked within 45 days from the purchase date. Once we receive your parcel, your refund will be automatically issued and the return label fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
1. Post Office（Return by Royal Mail return label）,return label fee is: Costs € 10,95 for Europe and € 19,95 for Rest of the World for the return if the package is under 20kg.(The return label should be 10x15 cm)
To begin the return process:
1. Sign into your THE-ELLYS account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Select return method.
5. If you choose Post Office, print the return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package，then drop off your package at your nearest Royal Mail.
6. If you choose Self-Sending,write return address outside the package and return it by using your local post office at your cost.
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non- THE-ELLYS products.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, THE-ELLYS Customer Service should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
Your request will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your THE-ELLYS Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
